Cannot recognise the usb connection for Kinect Azure

Kinect Azure flashing white. I have powered the kinect.

The kinect was testing functioning while a 2 weeks ago. But for some reason. It cannot connect through USB anymore.

    Yes. Realised the cable was too long. Using a shorter USB 3 cable with 5Gbps bandwidth solved the problem.

    Did you try changing USB3 port?
