Set up Visual Studio 2019 for Microsoft Data Data Engineer

Hi All,

I am new to visual studio and I am setting the IDE to undertake the exercises on the DP 200, DP201 Microsoft Azure Data Engineer Course at Microsoft Learn Self Pace and Plural Sight site.

Can someone help on how to set visual studio up and running.
