(C#) Show message before Shutdown when DVD is burning.

Hi

I want to create a APP to Show message before Shutdown when DVD is burning.

The situation is:

1, I use a third party APP to burn DVD.

2, I create a APP that can Shutdown OS and before Shutdown,

I should check burn process is running or not. 

3, When DVD is burning Then show message window and interrupt the Shutdown process.

The QUESTION is :

How can I get the Burning Status?
