Reading appointments from https://outlook.office.com/calendar authenticated by Corporate SSO

Recently our corporate calendar was moved to https://outlook.office.com/calendar and it is authenticated by our companies corporate SSO server before it is redirected to the stated Calendar URL.

We would like to read the appointments from our Team Calendar associated with our Licensed account so that we could replicate the shifts in Pager Duty.

We would be using Python to read the contents of the calendar, kindly provide details on how to get through the authentication and read the appointments, we would be using Unix Server to run the Python program and hence would like to know the library that need to be used.

A sample code would be an excellent way to jump start if available, if not, need pointers.
