How do I create a work account ?

I am trying to use OneNote and in order to do so I need to use a work or school account. I do not have either.

How can I change my personal account to a work account? If this is not possible how do I create a work account?

    Could you please share the reason why you want to use work or school account to log in to OneNote?
    Did you meet any error messages when using personal account?

    Please tell me the version of OneNote you are trying to use.
    To check the version, please refer to "What's the difference between the OneNote versions?".

    If you are trying to use OneNote for Windows 10, please post on the Microsoft Answer Community for OneNote forum, as tag "office-onenote-client-itpro" focuses on general issues about OneNote desktop app, such as OneNote 2016.

    If you are trying to use OneNote desktop app, please check the following.

    Generally, personal account is different from work or school account since work or school account typically takes the form of your organization's name and a standard Internet suffix, such as yourbusiness .com or stateuniversity .edu.
    You could not change your personal account to a work account directly.

    If you are in a university or company, you could contact the admin who may assign a work account to you.
