powerpoint drag and drop function

Hi there

Couple of questions. I'm an educator and doing a simple drag and drop activity in powerpoint edit mode. It's simple and effective for what i want but i'd like the white editing box when dragging to be invisible, as well as the red lines that appear. I will be using it in editing mode for the kids to drag themselves but the white box will be distracting. Can you help?

If not, are there any addins or macros that i can use. If i do use a macro on my powerpoint would it still work on another PPT app if i wanted to share with colleagues.
