I'm experiencing problem when installing Biztalk Server 2016 Developer edition. In the installation process you can choose to automatically install necessary components from a cab file located on a microsoft website (http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/p/?LinkId=746408). The problem is that I get a error 404 when trying to download the file, either from the installation program or manually from a web browser. Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Can I get the cab file or the components from another place?

Open the CAB file and install all the 3 files inside it and then run the BizTalk installer.

I have got some answers from Microsoft. They were aware of the problem (certificate problem) and worked on a solution. It seems that the link is working now but I don't know anything about the status of the cab file. I managed to find and install all the components before I got the cab file.

If you still have problem to install biztalk, try to install all the components in the cab file manually before you start the installation of biztalk. If you have all necessary components installed the installation wizard will skip the step to install the components.

    Dear Member,

Thank you for posting your question on Q&A site.

Seems the Redistributable CAB Files link is broken or inaccessible currently, I would suggest to touch base with Microsoft support to get the proper link or alternative solution.
