Bilingual translation option in /translate endpoint?

Is there any option for bilingual translation by post request to /translate endpoint?
Is there any way to automatically do this with html texts sent to the API?

    Hi, please refer to this quick start guide for bilingual translation. The API currently supports application/json as content-type.
