Hello!

There's one more problem with my new server: after working fine for ~5-20 min (after restart) I can no longer connect to the disk manager service:

There're only four events that get registered at that time in the Event Viewer:

I failed to find any hardware-specific errors in the raid controller's logs, all drives keep working perfect (I can read/write to/from them without issues), the latest driver is installed... What could be causing this problem?

Thank you in advance,
Michael

The cause of the problem: upsmon (software, NOT the Powercom UPS device itself! I didn't even need to disconnect the UPS from the server).

    Hi,

Thanks for posting in Q&A platform.

Based on my research, please kindly check if clusapi.dll was in C:\windows\system32 directory. If not, please check if there is any cludapi.dll in different locations or other subfolder. And then, please copy it into the C:\Windows\System32 directory to see if the issue can be resolved.
