Restoring response groups in Skype for Business 2015 Control Panel

Hello,

I am new with Skype for Business. I have added a new holiday set in Skype for Business 2015 and in the process may have lost my response group information. I cannot see any items any longer when I am logging into the Skype for Business Server 2015 Control panel. Nothing is showing up in response groups, it is blank.

I ran a cmd to export the RGS files into a .zip file. In the .zip files, I can see the configuration settings for workflows that are not showing up in the control panel.

Would I be able to import the settings in the .zip file that was exported to bring back the workflows in the Skype for business control panel?

We also have full backups that run daily in case I need to restore from backup.

Any help would be appreciated.

    @Selvin Aguilar ,

    Sure. You should run Import-CsRgsCongfiguration cmdlet to import data about the implementation of the Response group application (including such thing as workflows, queues,agent groups, holiday sets and business hours, as well as audio files and service configuration settings).
