Hi, please replace v3.0 with v3.1. For example (https://westus.api.cognitive.microsoft.com/vision/v3.1/read/analyzeResults/{operationId}).
I am using version 3.1
I'm not able to reproduce this issue. Usually this error occurs when you enter an invalid url, header, or parameter. Please try using the reference document to troubleshoot. Ensure that you're entering the correct operationId as well. Hope this helps!
