I downloaded visual studio express 2013, but after it has finished installing when i try to open it keeps giving me setup blocked errors. And now it saying another setup is running i should wait for it to finish in order for me to be able to open it. It been giving me the same message for more then 2 hours now.

Before installing Visual Studio, we need to close all the instances of Visual Studio that are running. If you are installing or modifying another programs right now, please wait until all other operations are finished and try again.
Or you could go to your task manager and kill all the installer process, then reboot your computer to try again.
