Download A System Disk attached to a Windows VM

Hi, yesterday I forgot to turn off my VM, and I spent all my Azure for students credit. I would like to download the disk attached to that VM, because I have some important data, I can't because subscription is read-only, so, how can I download that disk?

    @Andrea Castaño In order to recover the disk/data you need to enable the subscription (subscription should be inactive state) then only you will be able recover the disk(You can contact the subscription support team, they provide Free support they will help you in recover your disk)
