location of container instance in yaml file

Hi,

I'm trying to create container instance using .yaml file by following this documentation:
https://video2.skills-academy.com/en-us/azure/container-instances/container-instances-reference-yaml

But the container instance which is created using this file is not present in the location which I provided in the file. I have provided the location as southcentralus, but the container gets created in eastus.
