Getting error "RedisTimeoutException: Timeout performing EVAL (5000ms)"

Hi ,

I have done the redis configuration with web application , Redis Server is hosted in windows server and from there i am trying to connect my web application with REDIS server , which is happening , While login into the application the Attached time out error is throwing .

.Please suggest how to fix this when REDIS server is directly installed into windows server.

    Although the document here provides more information on Troubleshooting for Timeout issues and Best Practices here, we think this is more related to your configuration. Here we see threads - Busy - 0 and Free 1000, which points to the connection and config issues.

    Please go through the documents if these help but if not we would advise you to raise issue with Support as they will have more insight into your resources and what is missing.

    Please do share the ticket number so we can get the traction for the same.
