Recover a disk on a disabled subscription

Hi, yesterday I forgot to deallocate a VM, and my students credit has expired. I would like to download the disk attached to that VM because i have some important data, but I can't create download link because subscription is read-only until I re-enable it. How can I recover that disk?

    @Andrea Castaño In order to recover the disk/data you need to enable the subscription (subscription should be inactive state) then only you will be able recover the disk(You can contact the subscription support team, they provide Free support they will help you in recover your disk)
