NEW "AFR Studio" (FOTT app) PROBLEM: CAN'T complete "tagging" of newly-added fields; AFR Studio simply does NOTHING :-| ...

PROBLEM:
Trying to tag a pair of newly-added fields to a previously-working AFR project now does nothing :-|

ENVIRONMENT:

• AFR Service running (for months) successfully up in Azure;
• "AFR Studio" (FOTT web app) running locally hosted in DockerDesktop running in an Azure VM <-- this has been working for MONTHS with 10+ projects
• Azure Storage / BLOB container NOT on any VNET in same resource group as AFR Service and associated "tagging" VM

STEPS TO REPRODUCE PROBLEM:

• LAUNCH browser
• BROWSE to localhost:3333 <--- NOT the actual port # we're using
  => AFR Studio launches successfully
• SELECT an image to tag
• TRY to TAG:
• • SELECT a highlighted (OCR-ed) VALUE in the image <--- This WORKS :-)
• • CLICK on the new FIELDNAME <--- this is where NOTHING HAPPENS :-O :-(

QUESTION for EVERYONE :
IS anyone ELSE experiencing this phenomenon?

I have 14 AFR projects (models)...

• ALL of them use the SAME Storage, SAME encryption key
• ALL but this ONE (odd) project SUCCESSFULLY permit me to TAG these 2 new fields :-(
• ONLY THIS ONE project is "DOING NOTHING" when I try to tag an image :-?

THOUGHTS?
IDEAS?
SUGGESTIONS? (don't suggest re-creating the project from scratch; I've already done that - TWICE so far)
