MS Azure connector in Informatica

The source connection selected for the Synchronization task has no associated object. Select a different source connection.
I am getting this error when trying to create a task in informatica and using my Azure data lake storage v2 connection as source.( I am a beginner and trying to learn about informatica and MS Azure). What could be the reason for this issue?
