is it possible to add a SQL Server 2019 to a SQL Server 2016 AlwaysOn AAG?

    Hi @Anonymous ,

    No, you cannot.
    Each server instance must be running the same version of SQL Server to participate in an Always On Availability Group. Please refer to Prerequisites for more details.
