creating 2 profile_user.vhdx

Hey Everyone,
We have a client using azure windows virtual desktop. He wants to start using the fslogic profiles. Everything is created and setup we logged into the local profile for one user and we run C:\Program Files\FSLogix\Apps\frx.exe" copy-profile. that worked. Removed the local profile and logged in no problem. The issue we are having is that there are 2 windows virtual desktop and its creating 2 different profile_user.vhdx. Any idea why its doing this and how to attach only one

1.are you using persist or none-persist wvd environment ?

May i know why we need to do this operation manually?
did we do this operation when each user logon wvd vm ?
3.did you configure office container and profile container ?

in general, fslogix will write profile data to only one main vhdx. -
