I recently got a new laptop, an asus zenbook UX431F, and after a couple of days of getting it, now my laptop will not charge. I am not sure why. I have checked the device manager and the actual AC adapter driver is missing. I have read a different question on this issue but the thing is that I cannot remove my laptop battery as it uses a different screw that I do not have access to. I am a student and I really need some information on this issue.
