Hi, my new Azure Kinect DK doesn't seem to power on. The power indicator goes from white to nothing (but it's not fast enough to be "flashing"). It looks like it's being powered on for a second, then turn off, then goes back to being powered on, etc.

  • I looked into the Azure Kinect Viewer, but the camera is not listed.
  • I looked in the device manager, but the camera is not listed.
  • I tried to manually reset the camera, but nothing happened.
  • I have another Azure Kinect DK working fine. When I plugged the "broken one" with the cables of the "working one", I still had the same issue.

Before the weekend it worked fine, today it doesn't. I'm afraid this an hardware fault. What should I do, or where should I take contact for the warranty? Thanks in advance.

    I figured it out ☺️
I charged the Kinect with the USB C data cable and connected the power cable to my computer, instead of doing the opposite. God that's embarrassing...
