Mdt failure 5651 (31) only on Nucs for sample nuc10i5fnk2

The image rollout works on hp laptops but when i tried with a Intel Nuc i get the failure code 5651 (31)
I can't find what the error (31) means.
I hope someone can tell me why this only fails on Nuc's

Seems no more explanation for the error (31) on the internet.
Have you installed image on any NUC device successfully? Or you only failed on nuc10i5fnk2?

I have run it on a nuc6i3 and here it's run fine without any problem.
With other hardware also workst fine.
This is only on the nuc10i5 , i have already update the firmware.
