SCSM users is wan't update from active directory connector
Hi all. Please help me with user update in SCSM. I recreateed AD connector with different settings, after I synced it several times and deleted old connector. Later I updated OU in my AD and moved users to this new OU. But in SCSM I see old OU and department fields, if I change them manualy after some time and several AD connector syncs the user gets old seetings back with old OU and Department field. Can I find in SQL some cache tables and clear them or do something else?

which Version of System Center Service Manager are you running? 2012R2, 2016, 2019? and which Update Rollup? In some Update Rollup issues of the AD Connector are fixed.

ok I have no environment to test it with 2012R2 anymore.
The thing is: The AD Connector is one way: Updates in AD should be result updates in the SCSM CIs. Updates in the SCSM CIs will not cause any updates in AD.
Because the old settings come back after several syncs: Have all DCs the updated objects?Regards,

2021-03-11T11:39:01.247+00:00 Yes, I check all my DC's all have updated information. My problem is that I have Cireson portal, and it sync users (and analysts) by distinguishedName property.
Error is "coudn't find user in ServiceManager db". I compae two user in Cireson DB and ServiceManager console and distinguishedName have old value. If I copy it from AD to console it begin working but after some time it comes back to old value. Other properties do not sync to.
