SCCM primary site and Hyper-V feature coexistence

Hi there,

I'm trying to test standalone task sequence media for an offline USB scenario and I wanted to double check if having Hyper-V installed, with a VM inside, is supported and not known to cause serious issues on the same box a primary site for SCCM is installed.

Trying to find the most convenient solution to rapidly test standalone media as soon as it is created without transferring ISOs across the network.

Thanks,

Ollie

I would not do this in prod. But it should work.

Is the primary site server installed on the host OS or is it installed in a guest OS on the Hyper-V host?
