The best advice is to present code you have written and indicate were you are having issues as those here to assist are not here to write the entire project especially when this is some form of homework or school assignment.

When presenting code

Use the code block button

Indicate what type of project e.g. Windows Forms, WPF UWP etc,

Which .NET Framework? .NET Framework, .NET Core etc.

Be very detailed when asking about a specific issues/task

DO NOT come back with something like "It's not working", instead be specific
