I'm testing with the cognitive services translation api (free tier) and am running into 429 errors (too many requests)
This is fine and I can work round this however I can't find anywhere in the documentation which tells me how many requests per second/minute I'm allowed per tier.
Also it doesn't seem to return the retry-after header on failure. This would be most useful.

I'm using the text translator service. And it mentions a character limit (2 million for free tier). But nowhere does it say anything about request limits which is what I'm trying to find out.
