The full pricing details for standard blob storage are at https://azure.microsoft.com/pricing/details/storage/blobs/ - you probably want the "Cool" or "Archive" tiers, in which case yes there is a retrieval cost. There's also a calculator at https://azure.microsoft.com/pricing/calculator/?service=storage if you want to feed in your likely traffic levels to easily get a feel for the overall cost.
Cloud storage?
Hi! So I am very confused from Azure. I just need 1 Tb of cloud storage. What is the monthly price for that(archival storage). And do I need to pay to retrieve my data?

For example, if you consistently used 10 GB of storage for the first half of the month and none for the second half of the month, you would be billed for your average usage of 5 GB of storage. However, using the Cool (GPv2 accounts only) or Archive tier for less than 30 and 180 days respectively will incur an additional charge.
For 1TB cost will be 1024* $0.00099 per GB for LRS, Yes there will be operation charges, if you retrieve the data.
