Biztalk Server 2013 Install and Error signature CAB file for redistributable components

Hi,
When I try to install Biztalk Server 2013 R2 on a Windows Server 2012R2 machine I have the following error:
Error checking the signature of the CAB file of redistributable components.

I have tried downloading the file and applying it manually, but I am getting the same error.
Can someone help me on this? i've spended a lot of time and i really need help.

    Dear Member,

    Thank you for posting your question on the Q&A site.

    Seems the Redistributable CAB Files link is broken or inaccessible currently, I would suggest to touch base with Microsoft support to get the proper link or alternative solution.
