Hi,
I would like to know how much Microsoft support charges for engaging support in restore VM or DB backup that is owned by Microsoft? i.e. if I use Microsoft Azure services SAAS and have to restore previous state of SAP S/4 HANA production environment due to SAP software bug or for some other reason, how much I would be charged for that when engaging Azure support to perform action and is it something that I can request?

SAP solutions in Azure are not SaaS, they are VM based deployments where you are responsible for managing the VM. This includes the management of backups and restores. Please review this document which talks about how you can backup your SAP database using Azure Backup.
