Exam expired poped up before even startting the exam

After agreeing yes to NDA terms and conditions, the screen frizzed and I was not able to click the next button. After 5 mins I got another pop up which said the exam has expired however I did not even gave the test. I talked to the respected person through the chat board and he told me that he has raised the issue and you will receive an email for rescheduling the exam shortly, however I have not received any email yet. It is been a whole day. I request you to please look into the matter as soon as possible.

    Unfortunately this forum doesn't help in questions/issues on Certification exams. You better wait for email or check Pearson Vue support details if you booked it via them. Otherwise post a question in below dedicated forum:
