Execution error 53 on Word Mac

Hello,
when I want to open a word document, there is a pop-up saying "execution error 53" and I have to click 3 times on "end" to have access to my document. Is there a solution ?

    You may update Adobe Add-in or remove linkCreation.dotm from ~/Library/Group Containers/UBF8T346G9.Office/User Content.localized/Startup.localized/Word.
