CSP to PAYG subscription migration

I am planning a CSP to PAYG migration, I have already gone through all the steps according to Microsoft guide.
I validated the move using the API provided by Azure and for all resource groups the response was positive (204)
My question are
The API validation guarantees the migration success?
What kind of review are performed using this method?
Resources dependencies are checked using the API validation or just if an specific resources can be moved or not according to Azure mover matrix

    Presumably the API in question is standard ARM Resource Move so docs provide info how to validate that resource move was successful – if not, please elaborate on the exact approach used.
