onedrive 250GB single file limit announced but i cant find how to buy and how to use for backup purposes please help me out

**When I want to purchase for OneDrive for Business plan 1 plan 2, there is still a 100GB limit in the description details. Where can I buy a OneDrive subscription with a 250GB single file limit? I would like to buy one to transfer veeam backups (180GB single file) but it still appears as 100GB on the purchase screens. Can you help me with this? I called the microsoft line of my country, they did not know, even it was written on their screen as 15GB. I guess there is some un-updated information or misunderstanding somewhere. waiting for your support, thanks in advance.
