Hello -

We have an Intune APP for O365 - Platform is iOS/iPadOS. It's targeted to unmanaged and managed device types. The policy applies to the following:

We have Data Protection applied as well, with the following settings:

We have another APP separate from this one, that manages a mobile application called iManage. The APP for this app is configured the exact same as above, except a single custom app:

The problem we have, is when the send org data to other apps is set to policy managed apps with open-in/share filtering Office and iManage are unable to share data. If I change the option to policy managed apps Office and iManage are able to share data without issue.

Both apps are signed into using a fully licensed account - there's only an issue when the send org data to other apps is set to open-in/share filtering. It's as if there's a bug or the share filtering is broken.

The other odd thing, is when set to open-in/share filtering, iManage is still able to send data to Teams, Outlook, OneNote, and OneDrive - just not Office. It doesn't make sense.

According to iManage documentation, their app is wrapped with Intune SDK 12.9.0 ADAL: 4.0.7

Does anyone out there have any ideas or thoughts? Happy to provide additional information if needed and answer any questions.

Thank you in advance for your help!

@Nathan Thanks for posting in our Q&A.

To check why this strange situation occurs, we need to do more detailed check to identify, such as log analysis. With Q&A limitation, Q&A is not the best channel for such log analysis case. So we suggest to open a case to get more professional support. It is free. The following link describe how to open a case, we can refer to it:
