Can't Access Devices from Azure IoT Hub

I am no longer able to add or view devices from the IoT Hub IoT devices blade.

I see the following error when trying to view them on that part of the portal or the IoT Edge Devices part:

"Unable to retrieve devices. Please ensure a Shared access policy is enabled with necessary permissions [Registry Write Service Connect]"

When I check the Shared Access Policies for the IoT Hub I see the default iothubowner police with the permissions requested, where should I be looking to fix this apparent permissions issue?

Additionally, I tried creating a new IoT Hub and adding/viewing devices and encountered the same error.

Any idea what is happening here?

I've also documented this here:

    See Pete's screenshot here - https://twitter.com/fmc_sea/status/1369504829853233152

The error was for all of my IoT Hubs (Free and Standard tier) and periodically impacting both the devices page and the query explorer.

For me, it was ~4 device registrations in the Hub but I had been testing lifecycle events by adding/removing devices frequently.

It appears to be resolved as of this morning but it was unavailable for most of yesterday. I will report back if it occurs again.
