Siebel Migration from Oracle Platform to SQL Server

We have Siebel 19.11 version on Oracle DB Version 12.2 on Linux OS. We would like to migrate this setup from Oracle to SQL Server with Windows Servers. Please provide any documentation specific to Siebel Migration from other DBs to SQL Server with OS compatibility, DB migration considerations etc. Thanks, Srinivas
