In word for Mac, I cannot change the paper size. If I select "Layout" from the heading and then select "size" the only option available is US Letter by default (there are no, other options listed). I am in Ireland d we use A4 paper size as default. My iMac is set to Ireland, my keyboard is set to UK English. My Canon Printer is set to A4 paper size as default. I have deleted the canon drivers and reinstalled the latest drivers for my Canon printer and rebooted my iMac and everything is still the same. My Microsoft Office 365 applications are updated and using the very latest version of the software and my iMac is completely up to date. I do use Grammarly and some comments have said this could be an issue but I don't see how. Has anyone got any suggestions this is driving me crazy? Thanks for reading any help would be greatly appreciated.

    @ ArthurFitzPatrick-8424,

According to your description, I installed Grammarly add-in and did a test but did not reproduce your issue.

I have some questions as below.

    1. Do other Office applications like Excel have similar issue?
    2. What version of MAC OS are you using?
    3. Does this issue occur before? Did you install third-party software before this issue?
    4. Do all Word files have this issue?

-If only a specific file has this issue.
It is recommend to copy this file to another Mac to check this issue.
You could also try to save this file to another file type.

-If all Word files have this issue.
Please try to open Mac in safe mode to check this issue. Starting your Mac in safe mode can help you determine whether the problem you are experiencing is caused by the software loaded when your Mac starts.

Besides, if possible, please change a printer to check if this issue still occurs.

Any updates, please let me know.

When you add a printer on your Mac (System Preferences>Printers & Scanners), it appears that you also choose the driver to use. Try adding your printer again. As you do that, before you click the "Add" button, there is a pull-down menu called "Use:". There are generic PCL drivers, there are AirPrint drivers. You may have several on the list, including the new one you recently downloaded for your Epson. Try adding your printer several times with a different driver each time and see which one works for you. I resolved a very similar problem recently by switching from the latest driver for my HP all-in-one to one called Secure AirPrint.
