Ad Group Performance Report - Spend Data doesn't match what is in my dashboard

When calling the Bing Ads API for Feb I am getting a spend of £2620.44 for example where as when I look in my dashboard I am seeing £2620.56 it seems to have some campaigns at pence out here and there, both in the positive and negative. I was just wondering why this might be? It seems to be consistently out which is promising as it's not just a one off.
