Computer Refuses to Print Aything from any Printer

To be clear this is NOT a printer problem. I have a SurfaceBook 2 and from the get go it has refused to print from any printer I attempt to hook it up to. I was able to deal with it through air printing from my phone, but I'm a professional artist and now need to be able to print from better programs. What do I do? I've updated, changed drivers, used usb, but this computer just will not print.

    Hello @Patti Hazlett

    I would suggest post in Apple Support Communities. Users there are more familiar with Apple OS and are better at solving it.
