Has anybody been able to connect Management reporter to the MR server component that is installed in AWS.

I have a client who is upgrading to SL 2018 . We have a server vm setup in AWS that has installed SL 2018 and Management Reporter . We have a windows 10 workstation with a SL 2018 thin client and Management Reporter client . Cannot connect management reporter client. Anyone successfull.
