Outlook Login over Internet issue: You can't get there from here

When i opened outlook PC client via Internet (not corporate intranet), it pop-up a web window automatically,and asked me use MFA to authenticate. But when i entered corrected MFA username and password. it reported an error message You can't get there from here, this application contains sensitive information and can only be accessed from: - Devices or client that meet (my organization name) compliance policy.

But if i open outlook client via corporate intranet , the issue is not exsist.
Using a another corporate account login to my work PC ,and open outlook client via Internet the issue exsist as well.

anyone could help me ? thanks.

    It seems that your PC or an user account doesn't meet the requirements for accessing services from the Internet.

    You can also check that you have a correct additional security information assigned to your account.
