Service Manager 2019 self service portal request creation Failed

Hi, Iget this error "Request creation failed " when I submit a generic request from portal"and the incident is open in console ,I use accounts under Enduser role ,admin role and run as account like workflow. FYI ,I use system center 2019 service manager rollup 2. I appreciate any help

    I would get this sometimes if a user input field exceeded the character limit for the field. That is, if the user entered more characters than allowed for the field.
