I bought the Offfice pack on this new computer on December 2020. Yesterday, I had error messages "There was a problem saving your powerpoint presentation" so I saved it with a different name. This morning the images are missing on both presentations with the following error message : "La partie de l'image avec l'ID de relation rId2 n'a pas été trouvé dans le fichier". i am the original author of those presentations so I don't understand how it is possible.

    @Alice AG

    1. What version of Office and operation system are you using?
      It is recommend to update Office to the latest version.
      In addition, this article “You encounter broken images and an rld2 or rld3 error” you may have a look.
    2. Does the issue only happen in a specific presentation?
      If so, you could try copy it to other PCs to check this issue. You could also try save the presentation as other format to have a check. (Such as: .ppt or .pdf)
    3. Have you created a Hyperlink to the images?
      If so, please backup these presentations and delete, re-add the Hyperlink to check this issue.

    Any updates, please let me know.
