I am getting this error message when I try to create a Purview account:

Within the subscription, I have these resource providers registered.

2021-03-30T05:03:39.187+00:00 From the support ticket analysis this issue is related to quotas limitation for resources with Azure Purview. Please see below:
Since the quota limit for Purview accounts per region, per tenant (all subscriptions combined) has reached, this issue has occurred.
Workaround is to create a Purview account in different region or contact support to increase it in same region.Hope this helps.
