I created batch file and trying to migrate mailbox migration from GSuite to Office 365.
But getting below error :

The Column C i.e Password , Is it a password of GMAIL users or Office.com users?

Column C is the app password for the user's Gmail mailbox.
Are you following the steps in this guide to migrate your users to o365? Migrate consumer Google Workspace (formerly G Suite) mailboxes to Microsoft 365 or Office 365
And according to your error informtion above, it indicates the issue is related to the incorrect emailaddress or password, so I would suggest you verify your CSV file again to make sure all the values are correct.

The csv is correct any other ideas for this error?
