We have experienced the issue that the profile using cloud cache is detached correctly but the logoff hangs endless. The eventlogs says:
The winlogon notification subscriber <frxsvc> is taking long time to handle the notification event
the last logs in the profile-log are attached as screenshot.
Any hints?

Are you using Windows defender? If so, you could try to disabled with a GPO.

thanks for your reply - on the systems is only the Windows Defender Firewall active - see screenshot:
We already have the latest version and the troubleshooting has no solution for us.

Did you check affected user has full control and Owner over their FSLogix Folder and the VHDX files?
