Hi. I think here's a better link to that previous thread.
I also just gave it a try and was able to space out the controls fine. Hmm...

I have discovered that I am unable to use the spacing functionality from the ribbon (equal horizontal/vertical, increase/decrease horizontal/vertical) etc. on multiple selected controls (e.g. textboxes) when they are on a tab page. When I select my controls and click these menu options, nothing at all happens. I've tried this with Access 2010 and 2016 on different machines.
To work around I am putting my controls on a new empty form (not on a tab), arranging them how I like, then copy/pasting them back onto the tab page on my original form, but this creates its own problems as sometimes the event code gets disconnected from the controls, tab orders get disturbed, etc by doing this. I posted this on utteraccess.com a while back and the only person who responded was able do this with ease, and provided video of it working. I, on the other hand, cannot get this to work on any machine I've tried, home or work, laptop, desktop, virtual... Any clues as to what I'm doing wrong?
