Data Migration Assistant V5.3 fails to export data on all tables that contain any records with the error "The pipeline to query metadata for table ... Specified argument was out of range... Parameter name: approxDataSizeKb" while trying to export from local SqlExpress 2019 database to basic Azure Sql Database.

    @Admin (Azure) I would like to summarize what the root cause of the issue was and how it got resolved.
    The issue is not related to the migrate tool itself. In the migration process we are evaluating the database size on DMV information. The issue was caused by inaccuracies in the on premises SQL DMVs storing information about the table data pages. In order to fix any potential issues we recommend running DBBC check command and DBBC update usage in your on premises environment to correct the rows, used pages , reserved pages ,leaf pages and data counts for each partition in a table or index.
