Unable to view the previous backup version after it stops

Hi Team,

One of my win srv2016 configured for full system backup to the ext. hdd recently for a reason I stopped the backup for a day and reschedule it with the same config but before that I checked the previous version of all backup was listed perfectly and could restore the very old bkc but after rescheduling I could see the very recent backup not the previous, How can I view the previous bkc?

pls. suggest

    Hi,

    When you reschedule the backup and backup to the original drive that contains previous backup, generally, we'll get the wizard to choose if you want to keep the previous backups.

    Did you remember if you get this step and choose to keep the previous backups?
